RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returning an envie escaso product is as easy as ordering one. We have a fair 7 days free return and exchange policy in compliance with our terms and conditions.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
You can initiate an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our returns and exchange policy. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging and dust bag along with the original invoice.
Please take extra care while trying out the shoes to ensure the leather soles are not damaged and the rubber soles remain dirt free. We would recommend trying them out on a carpeted area in case you need to initiate a return or exchange.
We have a onetime exchange policy for issues related to size, manufacturing defect or a wrong product sent by us, once the exchange has been processed it will be considered final unless it is delivered wrong by us, we will not entertain any further return or exchange query if we have delivered the correct product as per the customer’s request.
envie escaso reserves the right to thoroughly inspect the product before processing a refund or exchange. If we receive the product that does not meet our returns and exchange conditions and if it’s not in a resalable condition it will be returned back to the customer and no further query will be entertained.
Once an exchange request has been initiated it can’t be modified to a returns request.
Refunds can only be processed to your original digital mode of payment, bank account or store credits.
Please note that return, exchange and refund is not valid on the shoe care kit.
Upon the receipt of your order, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the order via email, phone, sms or whatsapp. If you do not respond to our order confirmation attempts, your order will be marked as cancelled within 24 hours of the order placement.
Please note that once you have confirmed the order and the same has been dispatched from our end and it can’t be cancelled.
Returning or exchanging for reasons apart from manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered is a privilege offered to customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, envie escaso reserves the right not to entertain such customer’s exchange and returns request.
We will make 3 attempts to deliver before marking it as RTO, RTO orders would attract several penalties such as blocking the customer or deducting an inconvenience fee.
If there is anything regarding the order about which you would like to raise a dispute you must write to us at email@example.com with complete order details within 7 days of the product delivery. If a dispute is filed after 7 days of delivery the same will be entertained on the sole discretion of envie escaso.
